Milton Tookes has over 26 years of military service in both the U.S. Army and Air Force. He spent most of his career in C4ISR as an Air Surveillance Technician and Air Weapons Director in ground tactical environments and air defense. He completed his B.S. in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and MBA from Trident University. Since retiring in 2010, he was compelled to further his technical systems knowledge by completing an Associates in Computer Networking. As President of 26-North he is committed to supporting the “mission” in Defense of our great Nation, by working with manufacturers, defense contractors and DOD to provide products and services supporting the “warfighter”.
Brenda Stook - Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Stook has 30 years experience in sales and marketing with the last 10 years being specific to the DoD and their supporting contractors. She has a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida with several additional graduate level courses in engineering. She has been with 26 North Inc since 2008.
Ed Keller - Chief Technology Officer

Ed retired from the Air Force Research Laboratories, Eglin AFB, after 24 years working as a system engineer and project manager where he worked on precision guided weapon systems, Special Operations communication and situational awareness technologies and developed telemetry systems, sensor integration suites and air and ground data links. He was the Project Manager for several AFSOC Special Operations programs and worked with many other government organizations and military commands.
Since then Ed has worked for several DoD contractors supporting both the Eglin and the AFSOC mission. He established several CRADAs (Cooperative Research and development Agreements) with AFRL and industry and worked on several ATDs (Advanced TechnologyDevelopment) Initiatives. He was the technology lead in the design and development of a new Blue Force tracking capability for the Department of State in theater including RF, fiber and satellite links. Ed has experience developing code using Matlab for an airborne platform with precision guided weapon and a precision targeting and tracking system.
Ed has a BSEE and a Masters in Management. He is also an IFR rated Pilot and was the Air Force Special Operations Forces National Team Leader for AFSOC BAttlefield Air Operations. Ed carries a current Top Secret clearance and had a Ts/SCI in the past.

Hugh Hurst - Field Representative

Hugh D. Hurst is a retired veteran with 20 years of service in the United States Air Force. Throughout his military career, he started as a Lineman and finished the last 16 years as a Cryptographic Technician with the military. He served in several joint military environments such as North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), National Security Agency (NSA) and Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE).
Since then Hugh implemented video teleconferencing/computer support for the Global War Against Terrorism (GWAT) at Central Command (CENTCOM). He also managed the operational network and tools supporting the USSOCOM enterprise and provided support of Special Operations Forces Total Asset Visibility (SOFTAV) and was project coordinator for IT projects at other USSOCOM sites.
Hugh has an AA in Electronic Technology and a BS in Information Technology. He is NSA certified in Cryptology and Tempest fundamentals as well as Network Systems Engineering.
John Pflueger - Founder

John Pflueger is the founder of 26 North. He is an honorably discharged veteran of The United States Marine Corps serving from 1961 to 1967 in various posts both CONUS and OCONUS after receiving training in basic and advanced communications systems. Following his military tour he was employed by Teledyne, Base Ten Systems, Aydin Corporation and Loral/Lockheed/L3 Communications specializing in Stores Management Systems and Flight Test Instrumentation.
John formed 26 North in 1994 with the intent to provide world class representation to a highly synergistic group of Principals. John retired 2016.
